Mike Carpenter, also known as "Mike the money man" received his nickname from his very first client in 1997. Mike has spent the last eleven years educating and helping his clients make informed mortgages choices. Specializing in conventional, government, conforming, jumbo and the occational construction loan and second mortgage, he is known by clients and colleagues for his sense of humor, and for always delivering on his motto: "taking the mystery out of mortgages."

"Many of my clients over the years call me long after their loans have closed to help them resolve issues relating to loan-servicing, property tax, removal of mortgage insurance, title issues. The difference is that I truly care about my clients and am willing to help them, even if it doesn't directly benefit me. The bottom-line is, if my clients need help, I always have time for them."

Mike Carpenter's success is a strong belief in comprehensive service, flexibility, commitment to client satisfaction, and continued service after the loan has closed. To prove his point, Mike travels to each, and every client, making himself available at their convenience in their homes and offices and in the evening and on weekends.

"I never make my clients come to my office during my office hours. I make it convenient for my clients to do business with me. I consider myself as much an educator as a mortgage professional. I provide my clients insight into the myriad of different options of mortgage lending. Each of my clients receives a complete education as part of my consultation and frequently before their loan is completed I will have spent between three to five hours in meetings with them."

Mike Carpenter also maintains a lively, humorous and timely podcast discussing all matters related to mortgages and real estate with his realtor friend John "Mack" McCoy, "the greatest real estate agent in the world."
